Agency submission guidelines
Submissions are accepted by email only (no post). Send the first three chapters of the novel or non-fiction project, plus a full synopsis, to booksubmissions@42mp.com, with the manuscript attached as a Word Document. The email body should contain a covering letter stating the genre and market the book fits into, and any relevant writing experience. Indicate which agent the submission is for (check that they are open to enquiries first), and submit only one project at a time. Manuscripts should only be sent to the booksubmissions@42mp.com address. Alert the agency if other agents have requested the complete manuscript or if there is an offer of representation.
