About
Bryony represents an eclectic mix of writers, with a list spanning children's fiction and young adult through to adult fiction and selected non-fiction.
She set up her own agency in 2012, after working in specialist bookshops and libraries and at the Caroline Sheldon Literary Agency. She has an MA in Publishing from University College London.

- a beautiful memoir or a moving collection of essays
Not looking for
- crime novels or harrowing psychological thrillers
- children's picture books, or poetry collections
Agency submission guidelines
The agency welcomes and actively encourages submissions from authors of all backgrounds, including those currently under-represented in publishing. International submissions are considered, though US-based authors are likely better served by a US-based agent given the agency is based in the UK. Submissions need not be exclusive, but writers are asked to notify the agency if another agent is considering the full manuscript. No reading fee is charged. Submissions sent to the general enquiries email (info@bryonywoods.co.uk) will not be read.
