Submission guidelines

Unsolicited submissions are accepted from agented and unagented writers, including debut and previously published or self-published authors, across crime and thriller, saga, literary fiction, true crime, women's fiction, romance and historical fiction. What to send: a full synopsis (no more than 2 pages, spoilers included) and the full-length manuscript as a Word document. Word count: minimum 60,000 and maximum 95,000 words. Email format: the subject line must read "Genre, Author name, Book title" (for example: Crime thriller submission, Jane Doe, Crime on the Streets). In the body of the email: include a one-paragraph pitch about the book and its genre, plus a minimum of one paragraph about the author. How to send: email the submission with attachments as Word documents to submissions@bloodhoundbooks.com. Submissions not following the full published guidelines will not be considered.
