Submission guidelines

Little Toller Books publishes creative nonfiction, nature writing, social history, biography and memoir, working with writers directly or via literary agents. It does not currently publish children's books, fiction or poetry. What to send: a manuscript or at least three chapters and an outline of the book, plus information about the writer and their writing. Where to send: email to adrian@littletoller.co.uk. The Clearing (online journal): accepts poetry, prose (essays up to 2,000 words), original art, photography or video work on landscape and nature, for new, emerging and established writers. Send work to theclearing@littletoller.co.uk. Mentoring: for writers seeking feedback, help with a book proposal or manuscript, contact jon@littletoller.co.uk describing the writing project and what help is needed.
