Oneworld Publications

Submission guidelines

Oneworld is not currently accepting fiction submissions (including children's, young adult or adult fiction). Non-fiction proposals are accepted. What to send: a completed non-fiction submission form, emailed to submissions@oneworld-publications.com. Before submitting: consider whether the project fits Oneworld's list, including whether similar titles have been published or whether it would suit a current series such as the Beginner's Guides series. Author qualifications: state what makes the author qualified to write the book, including details of previous publications or other relevant writing experience. Target market: provide clear and precise information about the intended audience and any secondary markets. Competing titles: give clear, specific information on competing titles and the book's comparative strengths, rather than claiming there is no competition. General advice: the best proposals are clear, concise and well-researched. Note on replies: due to the volume of submissions received, a reply to every submission cannot be guaranteed.
