Submission guidelines
Unsolicited submissions are accepted only for non-fiction, and only from published authors (not self-published) or university academics. Fiction and poetry are not currently being accepted. What to send: an outline of the proposed work, a table of contents, and a sample chapter. Word count: the sample chapter should be up to 2,500 words. How to send: email to submissions@profilebooks.com. No reading fees are ever charged, and the agency does not work with organisations that do; requests for payment in return for assessment are a scam.
