Submission guidelines

Submissions are only accepted during specific open call-out windows (poetry, fiction and non-fiction submissions are all currently closed, with no unsolicited submissions accepted outside these windows). Eligibility: writers must be aged 18 or over and living in the UK (due to marketing requirements). Only books suitable for an adult audience are considered. What is not accepted: paper/postal submissions (these will not be considered or acknowledged), simultaneous submissions, or work generated in part or entirely by AI programmes. Process: submissions received during open windows will be acknowledged and writers notified of the outcome, though further correspondence about unsuccessful submissions is not possible. Writers must notify Seren if they submit the same idea elsewhere so it can be withdrawn from consideration.
