Submission guidelines

Two Rivers Press is a very small press that publishes around 6 new books a year, focusing on books of local interest (Reading and the surrounding area), art and nature, and poetry. What to send: Send a brief outline of the proposed project, and some sample material if available. Submissions are considered against the press's areas of publishing, and writers are encouraged to look at the complete catalogue for an overview of the kind of books published. Timescale: The press often works two to three years in advance. Poetry: The press is not currently open for poetry book submissions, although individual poems are encouraged for the RiversSide online gallery from poets in the Reading area. RiversSide (online gallery): Short articles or essays on non-fiction topics with a local flavour are wanted, between 500 and 2000 words, on subjects such as art, industry, sport, urban nature, psychogeography, lesser-known buildings and spaces, and unsung cultural heroes.
