Submission guidelines

Send a covering letter briefly describing the story or proposal and outlining any writing experience (e.g. previously published work, short story or journalism, creative writing qualifications; for non-fiction, what qualifies the writer to write about the subject). Include a synopsis of approximately 500 words, the first three chapters of the work, and an email address and/or telephone number. Postal submissions are preferred, sent in an envelope marked 'Submissions Department' to Georgina Capel Associates Ltd, 29 Wardour Street, London W1D 6PS, but email submissions are also accepted (refer to the contact us page for the right email address).

AI policy

Submissions must be the original work of the author; submissions originated, written or edited using artificial intelligence (AI) will not be accepted, including in the cover letter, synopsis, proposal and manuscript.
