Not accepted: screenplays, picture books, children's books, young adult or Middle Grade, and AI generated material. Liza DeBlock: looking for books that blend beautiful writing with fun, hooky scenarios in fiction, and informed ideas or experiences in non-fiction that teach her something new. Laura Heathfield: looking for commercial fiction across genres such as crime, thriller, suspense, bookclub, historical, and romance, as well as select non-fiction, prioritising books that are entertaining and hard to put down.
