Georgina is an agent and founding partner at Red Kite Literary, representing adult fiction and selected non-fiction.

She trained as a solicitor specialising in commercial and IP law before moving into publishing at Curtis Brown, and later worked at Madeleine Milburn Literary Agency as an associate rights agent and then agent. She combines close editorial work with her legal background to advocate for her clients.

Agency submission guidelines

Red Kite Literary considers submissions by email only. What to send: the first three chapters or the first 10,000 words of the manuscript, along with a synopsis. Include a pitch and a bio in the body of the email. Where to send: fiction and non-fiction submissions go to either enrichetta.submissions@redkiteliterary.com or georgina.submissions@redkiteliterary.com. Illustrators send a portfolio and bio to submissions@redkiteliterary.com. Subject line: use the format TITLE/name and surname for text submissions, or PORTFOLIO/name and surname for illustrator submissions. If a full manuscript is requested or an offer of representation is made, add "offer of representation" or "full ms request" to the subject line when following up.
