For Nelle Andrew: email her a one page outline of story, the first 3 chapters or 50 pages and a covering letter. She does not accept non-fiction, any children's books, short stories, poetry, script, or sci-fi. Note: as of the page text, Nelle is not accepting submissions from August 1st until mid September, and manuscripts should not be submitted until September 14th (date/year not specified, so currency uncertain).
