About
Rachel is the founder and director of Rachel Mills Literary.
She previously worked as a literary agent at Furniss Lawton and as Agent and International Business Director at Peters Fraser and Dunlop, where she sat on the Executive Board. Before that she worked in publishing at Penguin and Random House. In her 20 years in the industry, she has secured major publishing and screen deals for a diverse range of authors.

Agency submission guidelines
For Rachel Mills: email her and include as much detail about yourself and the project as possible, ideally with at least one sample chapter. For Nelle Andrew: email her a one page outline of story, the first 3 chapters or 50 pages and a covering letter. She does not accept non-fiction, any children's books, short stories, poetry, script, or sci-fi. Note: as of the page text, Nelle is not accepting submissions from August 1st until mid September, and manuscripts should not be submitted until September 14th (date/year not specified, so currency uncertain).
