Christine runs Christine Green Authors' Agent, a boutique literary agency representing writers in Britain and around the world.
She began her career at Faber & Faber before joining the John Johnson Agency. She founded Christine Green Authors' Agent in 1984 with a small list of clients, allowing her to work closely with each author on every draft.

Agency submission guidelines
The agency considers adult and young adult fiction, both literary and commercial, and narrative non-fiction. Children's books, science-fiction/fantasy, poetry and scripts are not considered. What to send: a short covering letter, a one or two page synopsis, and the first three chapters of the completed manuscript. How to submit: submissions should be sent by email to info@christinegreen.co.uk. Submissions by fax or CD are not accepted. Paper submissions: material sent by post is not returned unless a stamped SAE is provided. Exclusivity: exclusive submissions are preferred. Writers submitting to every agent in the handbook are asked not to submit. Writers targeting a few select agencies who receive an offer of representation before hearing back are asked to inform the agency as soon as possible.
