About

Felicity began her career in books at a small literary agency in New York and, after a decade working across publishing on both sides of the Atlantic, left her role as Managing Director of Macmillan Publishers London to co-found Lutyens & Rubinstein with Sarah Lutyens.

She and her colleagues flourished, even opening a beautiful independent bookshop in 2009 that offered invaluable insights into reader choices and showcased their authors. By 2023, the agency had outgrown the shop’s basement location and moved into separate offices.
